1. Service Description

WhatsMyBiz, a product of ORION269 (Pty) Ltd, provides AI assistant design, training, setup and support services for businesses. Our services include the development of artificial intelligence assistants that help businesses communicate with their customers through platforms such as WhatsApp.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, making payment, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Customer Responsibility

As a customer, you remain responsible for:

• The accuracy of all business information supplied for AI training purposes
• Compliance with your own industry regulations and legal obligations
• Reviewing AI-generated responses before and after launch
• Ensuring your customer communication practices comply with applicable laws

4. AI Disclaimer

WhatsMyBiz AI assistants are designed to assist businesses in communicating with their customers. Important limitations apply:

• AI responses should be reviewed and improved over time
• WhatsMyBiz does not replace professional advice where required by law or regulation
• AI assistants may occasionally produce incorrect or unexpected responses — customers are responsible for monitoring and quality control
• We continuously work to improve accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% error-free responses

5. Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all services:

• A 50% project deposit is required before development begins
• The remaining balance is payable after customer approval and before launch
• Monthly support fees are billed according to the selected package and are due on the first of each month
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable
• Payments are processed securely through PayFast

6. Refund Policy

Because our services involve significant custom work and setup, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once development has commenced. If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, a full refund will be provided.

7. Support and Maintenance

Monthly support packages include:

• Knowledge updates as your business information changes
• Ongoing improvements and optimisation
• Technical support during business hours
• Monitoring for performance and accuracy

8. Intellectual Property

The AI assistant built for your business is trained using your information and is designed for your use. The underlying platform, technology, and methodology remain the intellectual property of ORION269 (Pty) Ltd.

9. Limitation of Liability

ORION269 (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of customers, or business interruption.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the AI assistant will be deactivated and any outstanding fees become due immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
